So groovy and totally
stunning, Glori is very quickly becoming a favorite as well as a treasured
find. It's the excitement of the hunt for the elusive "no bangs"
straight-hair styles, and of course the "ponytailed" prototype seen in
all of the booklets.

Display Dancing Glori *
in Silver Sparkler with DAWN'S HEAD (H11A), BLUE EYES and 2 different legs
- one hard leg with a pink peg stuck in the bottom and the other normal
leg. I now know that this different leg phenomenon is due to the
fact that these dolls were broken off the Dancing Dawn Store Displays.
~~Thanks Laurie, Dawnoholic@aol.com~~ I have 2 dolls
like this - both dancing dolls having the same hard leg with a pink peg
stuck (glued) in the bottom. The other one is my Dawn with the haircut
in the silver Dancing mini on my Dawn page.

Differences
in Glori
-
Hair Styles: Though Glori
is most commonly found with straight center-part hair with bangs, she also
comes in no-bangs styles: curlier side-part hair (on some, the hair just
has a flip), straight side-part, and straight center-part. Oh, we
can't forget the prototype "ponytail" Glori! I still need one of
those - who doesn't? Only those few choice collectors have them.
Well, maybe someday!

Head Numbers: K11, H11,
S11 (Japan & Taiwan - no bangs), and I used to own one with Dawn's
H11A head with blue eyes (see Store Display Dancing Glori above).
* I no longer own
the dolls marked with this symbol. (this refers to the dolls only)
