Welcome to my Old Starr/Dawn Guest Book. I took it off Guestbooks.com because they lost my original Dawn guestbook and many pages of sentimental entries! Please feel free to leave new entries in the guestbook that you just came from. Thank you!

message:I was so very thrilled to see your web site.....I still have all of my Dawn Dolls from my childhood and I have added some over the years.....I love all of them....I collect played with dolls only, I enjoy holding and touching them.  It brings back so many memories of playing my childhood best friend,Nancy!  I remember the birthday that I got 2 of the 3 Head to Toe Dawns...Dawns were affordable, and they had such beautiful cloths.  I used to buy mine at a store called "Big N" in upstate New York....Wow, Thanks again for the chance to fid out there are quite a few other Dawn Doll fans...

subject:My MOM won't let me forget the demise of my Dawn dolls!
message:Believe it or not, I've not given Dawn and her friends much thought over the years (I'm now 39 and a mom) but my 78-year-old mother -- believe it or not -- has periodically brought up Dawn and how sad it was that I never did care to save her or her many, friends, accessories and, of course, the wonderful Beauty Pageant, which along with everything else I got rid of (and in its original box, no less!) Browsing eBay, I suddenly -- finally -- felt this loss (thanks alot, Mom!) I then decided to surf and found your site (which is WONDERFUL!) and some others...sigh. Keep up the good work, and the memories alive!

subject:Dawn Dolls
message:I nearly cried with joy reading about Dawn Dolls... I thought I was the only one who knew about them!  I never had Barbies but I had most of the Dawn Dolls:  Dawn, Glori, Angie, LongLocks, and the ever-cool Dancing Gary.  I also have Denise from the Starr Fashion Agency and I used to have the revolving fashion stage and the 8-doll carrying case.  I still have all of the dolls but none of the accessories...sigh.  I am ecstatic to hear from other Dawn girls! lol  Keep up the good work.

subject:Dawn & her fashion show...
message:Hi, very nice site, it brought back a lot of memories! I used to have the revolving Stage  for Dawns fashion shows. I had 2 Dawn Dolls, so I re-named one Cindy & called them twins! I still have the dolls, although with dirty faces! They now reside in a cosy 2 storey dollhouse, which looks very like my own home...
Whats the best way to clean their faces?
Thanks! Robin :-)
